RENTAL CONDITIONS
 
This Townhouse/condo is rented through SNOWPINE LODGE in Alta. The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room and kitchen. It is located within a short walking distance from the lifts at THE CANYONS, and a short five to ten minute drive from PARK CITY MOUTAIN RESORT and DEER VALLEY ski areas and OLD TOWN PARK CITY with it’s wonderful dining, entertainment and shopping .
 
THE CANYONS has several restaurants that are accessible from the Lift just across the street from the Condo. An outdoor hot tub is just steps from the front door. A commercial laundry is avaliable about one hundred feet from the condo.
 
The condo can accommodate up to five people in two bedrooms, with twin beds in one bedroom and a queen sized bed in the other, and a futon sofa in a separate loft. The condo is set up for self housekeeping, with linens and kitchenware supplied with the condo. At the beginning of your stay the condominium is cleaned and prepared for your stay. Any additional housekeeping services may be obtained through us, from an independent service company, at additional cost to your rental.
